  • Anxiety often shows up as the need to control everything—your schedule, your environment, even how others see you. You may find yourself overthinking, avoiding mistakes, or stuck in perfectionism just to feel safe. But instead of easing anxiety, this cycle often leads to burnout, chronic stress, and disconnection from yourself and others.

In anxiety therapy, we’ll uncover the root causes of your anxiety and help you break free from its exhausting loop. Whether you're dealing with high-functioning anxiety, constant worry, or control issues, we’ll build resilience in the face of uncertainty and develop more grounded, sustainable ways to feel safe—even when life feels out of control.

  • If you're a high achiever, perfectionist, or people-pleaser who constantly pushes yourself to succeed but still feels anxious, overwhelmed, or never “good enough,” I can help. Together we’ll explore the deep-rooted beliefs driving your self-criticism, fear of failure, imposter syndrome, and chronic dissatisfaction. We'll also work to quiet the inner critic, create healthier boundaries, and build a more balanced, fulfilling life—one where your worth isn’t measured by productivity or perfection.

  • If you're feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to do it all—whether it’s work-life balance, dealing with body image and self-worth, navigating motherhood, infertility, or postpartum struggles—you’re not alone. Many women face unique, gender-specific challenges that can deeply affect mental and emotional well-being. Therapy offers a supportive space to process these experiences, release unrealistic expectations, and reconnect with your inner strength. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with your authentic self.

  • Many people face challenges that affect their sexual well-being and relationships, leading to feelings of frustration, isolation, or disconnection. If you’re struggling with desire, intimacy, or sexual concerns—whether it’s low libido, difficulty connecting with your partner, past trauma, or shame—sex therapy can help. It offers a safe, judgment-free space to explore these issues, heal emotional wounds, and develop healthier communication and intimacy skills. Together, we’ll work to restore confidence, deepen connection, and create a more fulfilling and satisfying intimate life.

  • Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of life—but they can also be messy, painful, and complicated. Maybe you're feeling distant from someone you care about, stuck in dysfunctional family dynamics, or unsure how to rebuild trust after a betrayal. Conflict is a natural part of being human, but how we repair and reconnect is what truly determines relationship success.

In relationship therapy, we’ll explore what’s beneath the tension, help you understand your needs and patterns, and strengthen your communication and boundaries. Whether you're navigating challenges as an individual, couple, or within your family, we’ll use relationship therapy techniques to work toward more honest, connected relationships that feel supportive, safe, and true to who you are.

  • Feeling lonely isn’t just about being alone—it’s that deep sense of disconnect even when you’re surrounded by people. Loneliness can quietly impact your mental health, leading to anxiety, sadness, and physical stress. If you’re searching for ways to overcome loneliness or need loneliness counseling, therapy can provide the support and tools to build meaningful connections and improve your emotional well-being. Together, we’ll explore what’s behind your feelings of isolation, develop strategies to nurture authentic relationships, and help you find lasting relief from loneliness. If you’re struggling with feeling isolated, therapy can be the support that helps you rediscover connection and peace.

  • Having a hard time setting boundaries or expressing how you really feel can leave you feeling drained, resentful, or misunderstood. Maybe you say yes when you want to say no, avoid conflict to keep the peace, or struggle to communicate your needs clearly. Over time, these patterns can strain your relationships and take a toll on your emotional well-being. In therapy, we’ll create space to explore what’s getting in the way and help you start honoring your needs without guilt. You’ll learn how to communicate more clearly, set healthy boundaries, and build relationships that feel more balanced, supportive, and true to you.

  • Trauma can come from any experience that overwhelms your ability to cope—whether it was a single event like a loss or accident, or something ongoing like abuse, neglect, or repeated emotional pain. Its impact often lingers, showing up as anxiety, chronic stress, sleep issues, low mood, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. If you’re carrying the weight of past trauma or feeling stuck in the stress of everyday life, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Trauma therapy offers a safe, supportive space to unpack what you’ve been through, understand how it’s affecting you, and learn practical ways to heal, cope, and feel more like yourself again.

  • Our jobs take up a big part of our lives, so it’s no surprise that when things feel off at work—whether it’s stress, burnout, feeling undervalued, or dealing with toxic coworkers—it can really take a toll. You might be stuck in a job that doesn’t fit, overwhelmed by unrealistic expectations, or navigating harassment, discrimination, or difficult team dynamics.

Career counseling can help you make sense of it all. It offers a safe, supportive space to process what you're experiencing, manage stress, set boundaries, and build confidence. Whether you're trying to survive a toxic workplace or just feel more connected to your job, career counseling can help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of your path forward.

  • Grief is a deeply personal and often overwhelming response to loss—whether it's the death of a loved one, a breakup, miscarriage, chronic illness, or a major life change. While grief is a normal part of the human experience, it can bring intense emotions like sadness, anger, guilt, anxiety, or numbness that are difficult to manage alone.

Through grief therapy and counseling, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to process your emotions, explore the impact of your loss, and ultimately find healing. Together, we’ll work on building emotional resilience, managing grief triggers, and rediscovering purpose and connection after loss. If you're struggling to move forward, therapy for grief and loss can help you start to feel like yourself again.

I am not in-network with any insurance plans, which allows me to create a treatment plan based on what will truly benefit you, without being limited by insurance restrictions on session length or treatment duration. I do not believe an insurance company should determine what is medically necessary or require a mental health diagnosis to qualify for services.

My priority is always your well-being, safety, and privacy. Insurance companies are increasingly requesting detailed clinical notes as a condition for reimbursement, which can compromise the confidentiality that is essential for honest, effective therapy.

For couples and family therapy, it's important to know that insurance will only cover sessions if one person is identified as the primary client and has a qualifying diagnosis. This can shift the focus of treatment in a way that may not align with your therapy goals. Working outside of insurance allows us to tailor therapy to your needs, without labeling or constraints.
